If you can not connect to your device or get the app to work, try out our handy chart of common problems and solutions. Please try all of the steps listed before contacting support - because support will have to walk you through doing anything you haven't already done ;-)

| I can not connect to my device to FeelConnect |
- Make sure your devices are nearby eachother
- Make sure blue tooth is turned on your mobile device.
- Ensure your interactive toy is in bluetooth or pairing mode
- Turn the toy off and back on again
- Close the FeelConnect app and re-open it

| I can not re-connect to my device in FeelConnect |
- Make sure your devices are nearby eachother
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on your mobile device.
- Ensure your interactive toy is in bluetooth or pairing mode
- Turn the toy off and back on again
- Close the FeelConnect app and re-open it
- Remove the device from the FeelConnect app and go through the FeelConnect setup process again.

| I get a "Content Not Found" error when streaming |
- Your streaming link has expired. Go back to the website on your web browser and click the link to re-open the stream in FeelConnect again.

| The download or stream link does not ask me to "Open in FeelConnect" |
- You are clicking on a non-interactive video. Only videos on our Interactive page will work.
- If this is happening on an interactive video, contact support.
